The Valley Country Club is a very exclusive, wealthy neighborhood, filled with multi-million dollar homes. In Centennial, however, Valley Country Club is far from being the only million-dollar neighborhood. Foxridge VIII, Ranches of Cherry Creek, and Orr Estates also include home listings that begin around $1.2 million. As already mentioned, however, Centennial has a wide range of home for sale at a variety of prices. Fox Pointe and Copperleaf subdivisions have homes in the $200 - $300,000 range, in Highland View it's possible to find homes in the $100,000 range, and there are also a variety of condominium developments.
